If you are within Kumasi or Ashanti Region, delivery will commence as soon as you place your order, unless you purchase out of working hours, in which case delivery will commence the next working day. The delivery time will depend on the distance you are away from our physical store. On our store page, after placing your order, click to submit your delivery location. Your distance from our store will be estimated in miles for you, and an estimated delivery cost will also be estimated for you. 

Yes we do offer delivery/shipping out of our city or region. Incase you order out of Kumasi, we will contact you and make arrangements on how you may get your order. We do not offer delivery estimates on our site for shipping out of Kumasi, we will discuss those with you, and customize the cost to suit your budget. 

We offer a very personalized online shopping experience, that is why we receive your order in whatsApp, so you can chat with the salesperson in real time. At any time when your order, you can always send a whatsApp to find out your delivery status. 

For known customers, we may offer payment on delivery. Where a customer is new to our brand, we request payment through any of our payment channels before order processing. 

Customers bear no cost in a situation their package do not reach them, both the item cost and delivery cost will be refunded where the customer has already made payment. Where the package or item is defective or not as specified by customer, we will arrange for the return and the refund will be made. 

We do have most prescription drugs in stock, we however do not display prescription drugs on our online store. In order to be able to purchase prescription drugs, we need to verify that, you indeed have a prescription. On the store page, go to the menu and select prescription drugs, a form will then be opened. On the form, input the necessary details and attach a very clear picture taken with your phone or scanned with a scanner. Our salesperson will then contact you and process your order.
